Pikes Peak Association of Realtors is the leading resource for real estate within the Pike’s Peak Region. Providing resources for both real estate professionals and homebuyers, PPAR aggregates and publishes a vast amount of content for a wide variety of different users. Working with a complex existing back-end system, PPAR sought a partner to aid with a redesign focused on an improved User Experience, a more modern visual aesthetic, and unified visual design system. The real estate index listing & search feature was the most complex and most visited feature on the website. Starting with re-thinking how this would look and behave, the new design would create a simplified experience across devices and provide users with the flexibility needed. With an expedited timeline, the overall strategy approached the most complex pieces first to transform the core experience.
